The small and exclusive bush camps in South Luangwa, Chikoko and Crocodile, form Chikoko Trails. They are only accessible on foot and offer a unique bush experience. These are ideal for those that are keen to get away from the restrictions and inactivity of game drives. The experience of being on foot in these isolated and natural surroundings cannot be beaten.

Each camp offers accommodation for a maximum of 6 people with en-suite facilities.

Full support is provided with an experienced walking guide, armed scout and chef as well as general camp staff.

At Chikoko, rooms are built 3 metres above ground and provide a wonderful vantage point to observe the surrounding area. The accommodation at Crocodile Camp is made up of three circular rooms with bamboo walls and a thatched roof. The rooms at both camps have en-suite facilities with hot water provided for the open-air bush showers. You can choose to stay at either or both camps and also combine them with a stay at Tafika.
