Little Mombo is a short distance from the main Mombo Camp situated at the northern tip of Chief's Island in the Moremi Game Reserve. Like its big sister Little Mombo is a luxury tented camp but caters only for just 6 exclusive guests in three spacious luxury tents, each with large private sala and en-suite facilities, including bath and outdoor shower for those wanting to get close to nature. The camp has its own dining room, lounge and pool, which overlooks the plains to the front of the camp. The camp operates morning and afternoon game drives to view the abundance of game and birdlife in the region including leopard, large herds of buffalo, cheetah, wild dog, elephant, white rhino, spotted hyaena, southern giraffe, blue wildebeest and Burchell's zebra. Lion sightings are also very good in this area. This is an intimate, yet private camp placing the emphasis on personal service. |
